 Last run of the year, of the millennium...A fine evening for standing around waiting... not sure what we were waiting for - Abominator into action with cell phone to secure beer on arrival and the whereabouts of Ugly Dick to get us there. A chequered flag should have waved us off for the race to Fana - speed limit, what's that? Didn't need the road signs, inter-vehicle communication via explicit sign language. Beer Stop maintained the high standard of intercultural communication with the local kids ****-you, ****-off, up-yours, plain and simple, unlike the trail which often left us with a confused sense of being, of being here before, of being on the slippery slope... Down-downs conducted in fine choral disharmony followed by hot gløgg and chilli just to keep things spicy- Happy New Year! | |
