Run #1424 - Wednesday 26 December 2018
  • Destination: Dolvikhaugene
  • Hare: Guinea Pig
  • In the pack: Foggy Glasses, Muff Diver, Check Me Out and Headless
  • Your scribe: Foggy Glasses

The smallest pack this year, turned up at the GM's abode for the last run of 2018. At 7 p.m., we set off into the foggy and mild winter evening. Due to a late in-coming hare, the hare run with the pack pointing out the rather invisible markings along the way. The trail turned out to be more or less an identical copy of the Boxing Day run in 2014, so it has now become a tradition!

After approx. 650 metres, we found the virgin drink-stop where piping hot gløgg (Norwegian type Mulled Wine) with added fermented potato juice was much enjoyed by the pack.

Soon ON-OUT was called, and after a further 170 metres, the invisible ON-INN was found.

In the circle, Headless the stand-in R.A., made sure everyone in the pack was punished. Afterwards, some lovingly prepared nosh consisting of turkey, roast potatoes, sausages and bacon, a wonderful broccoli salad, red cabbage, sauerkraut and gravy was very much enjoyed by the pack. The side dishes consisting of gin'n'tonic, beer, wine, aquavit, whisky and Baileys were also much appreciated by the pack. There was even time for some dancing before most of the pack drifted off around midnight to catch the tram back into town.

Thus ended the BH3 hashing year of 2018.

ON-ON to 2019 and many more runs!
