A large pack turned up at the hare's abode in time for run #1299. Because the designated hare was a bit under the weather, Abominator had volunteered to stand in as live hare instead. Before setting of a few minutes ahead of the pack, Abominator mentioned something unmentionable as punishment if anyone caught up with him ('suck and swallow').

The trail took us on a meandering route around Nordnes before heading up to Nygårdshøyden, over Møhlenpris and ON-ON to the now junkie free Nygårdsparken before ending up at the drink-stop at Husets Pub. In order to revive the pack, the hare declared the drink-stop to be a double drink-stop.

ON-OUT was called and after running a full 100 metres, the next drink-stop at Fotballpuben was beckoning.

The trail back to the ON-INN was hardly marked at all because the hare ran out of flour, but all made it back safely.

The circle was a normal affair with the usual punishments, including a teabag for new shoes given to Check Me Out and a naming ceremony where Just Lillian forsook her given name for Nuts.

Some excellent nosh was on offer after the circle.
