A smallish pack, including two returning visitors, rendezvoused way out in the sticks in the northern part of Bergen for a run in virgin territory.

The weather was fine and mild but it got dark very quickly, and some unprepared hashers had to reconfigure their mobile phones in order to use them as torches, whilst seasoned hashers came prepared with mobile lighting equipment.

The trail took us in the direction of the highest mountain in Åsane, but not all the way to the summit.

After a refreshing mobile drink stop, the trail meandered back to the hare's abode and the ON-INN. In the circle, Bubbles was celebrated for his 300^th run with BH3 by sitting on a tray of ice cubes.

Excellent nosh, dessert and beer rounded off the evening.

Being virgin territory, we *were* noticed because later that evening comments were posted on Facebook about the strange markings in the area, it seems a woman was afraid of being robbed? As the saying goes: get a life!
